The city of Arklay is being plagued by an infestation of insects that begins in the human body. A person will wake up one day to find various kinds of insects like worms, centipedes, and spiders crawling within their skin. If they don't do anything, then the insects will emerge, which ends in a painful death. Silva is an agent from a disease control organization who is investigating this disease. Will she find the cure in the muck and disgusting environments she finds herself in?
