Improving Mockingbird Kate Bishop

Yet another feminist girl power type character with not much to her so it's not too hard to adhere to her character while making another one. If there's anything I'm missing that I could add, please let me know so we can show Marvel how to really make good strong characters.

Origin
Kate Bishop's rich family hit hard times and in their panic, they sell their daughter to the mercenary group they use for their political purposes. These mercenaries used Kate as human bait (human shield, jail bait, or a distraction), but they also taught her the basics of fighting. Because of her usefulness and loyalty, they give her more things to do and reward her more. She eventually becomes a member and a friend to the group. Once she's able to make decisions, she decides to go after her parents and uses their information on them to put them in jail and later executed for their actions. Hawkeye and several Shield agents eventually took the mercenary group down, but instead of getting captured, most of the members of the group committed suicide. Kate was one of the only people they could save. Because of her experience and OG Hawkeye's own life of changing from villain to hero, he takes in Kate as an apprentice and trains her to be a hero. Their time together eventually gets Kate to change after seeing the harm she does because of her previous lifestyle and she becomes a great member of Shield.

Legacy
The only situation she would take over the mantle of Hawkeye would be if the original would die or during a Civil War event where she disagreed with the way things were being done.
