Birthday month reflections: March 29th

Elements of horror can be found in most plots, in my opinion. If there is; the fear of death, loss, horrifying monsters, the unknown, a tense atmosphere, and the like, then you have elements of a typical horror story. The way to make the non-horror story into a horror or thriller story is by putting a focus on these elements. Horror is also in real life whether you realize it or not. The fear of death and loss obvious fears that everyone has every day. It's why we do what we do so we can avoid dying and losing something we value.
