My Elder Scrolls Characters

These are the characters I play in the Elder Scrolls games below with a bit about their background and the general quests they do.
I typically use the same name between games, not because the characters are the same all the time, but because I'm too lazy to come up with something else and the Alberts are me doing what I would do in the setting.
Also, I have played more characters in these games than these given the hundreds of hours I have in Skyrim and Oblivion, but these are all the main ones I've settled on.

Elder Scrolls Online

Maximus Fides
Breton, Magicka Templar, Two-Handed, Mage
A Templar who seeks to help out and do good wherever he goes. He is not beyond breaking the law if it conflicts with doing the right thing nor does he care if he is the only one charging into a battle alone if it means saving the lives of his allies. In fact, he doesn't care how much he has to suffer for the innocent not only because his abilities allow him to heal all his wounds, but also because he uses the pain as penance for his sins, the sins of the innocent, and the sins of the guilty.

Sarai the Eternal
High Elf, Magicka Sorcerer, Vampire, Mage
A proud member of the Dominion who will do anything to see her people prosper, she embraces the dark powers of a vampire so she can influence the world forever. Even though her methods are questionable and her dark desires overcome her occasionally, she wants the best for the world, meaning the rule of the high elves and their allies over it.

Grimgothica
Orc, Magicka Necromancer, Mage
First seeking to overcome the biases that orcs can't be mages, Grimgothica studied the ways of magic with her secluded orc stronghold that also did the same until a purest orc stronghold attacked them, leaving Grimgothica the sole survivor. Her normal spells couldn't revive her people so she turned to darker arts to do so, but when she did, her loved ones begged her to let them die and go, so she did. Now stuck with her powers, she uses her dark powers for good with her loved ones willingly coming back from the dead occasionally to help her, especially in battles of great importance.

Jezebel the Shadow
Dark elf, Stamina Nightblade, Daggers, Archer
A good-hearted thief, she journies the world in search of treasure to give back to the poor and to foil the plots of the corrupt. She joins the thieves' guild in the hopes of greater riches and to connect with other thieves with the same mindset.

Emmanuel Nightingale
Wood elf, Stamina Necromancer, Daggers, Sword and Shield
He used to be a Templar, but after losing his faith after years of suffering, losing his friends in battles, and witnessing the evils of the world in politics that he couldn't do anything about, Emmanuel turned to necromancy to gain greater power to force change upon the world. With the dead at his disposal, this corrupted paladin will do good most of the time but will fall to evil when he joins the dark brotherhood or when the situation grants him greater power as he cannot bear to go through another situation where he fails to save someone because he was too weak.

Victoria the Prowler
Nord, Stamina Dragonknight, Werewolf, Two-Handed
Just like most Nords, she seeks honor, glory, and strength. To do this, she was trained in the ways of the Dragonknight, but this wasn't enough. She saw that others were more powerful than her on the battlefield, especially the elves who had hundreds of years of experience in their veins that she couldn't hope to outclass, so she became desperate. Turning to lycanthropy, she found the strength she was looking for. Along with the new abilities and resistance to all diseases, this power gave her the confidence to keep growing as a warrior, and to begin her new life, she sets her sights on Elsweyr where there are rumored to be dragons, the perfect prey to test her strength on.

She-Who-Touches-Grass
Khajiit, Magicka Warden, Mage
A lover of nature, this Khajiit's family made their home in it and trained her in the ways of utilizing it along with values of faith and charity. Noticing the chaos in the world, she mediates on what to do about it and feels nature calling out to her and the blood of the innocent crying for justice. With her spells and purpose in mind, she leaves home on a journey to bring peace and order to the world with the powers of nature.

Shiori the Librarian
Redguard, Stamina Arcanist, Archer
Before, Shiori was a mercenary, but after she found a peculiar book, she was filled with the knowledge of Apocrypha and gained the powers of a mage. She now sees the world from a whole different perspective and seeks knowledge and truth rather than riches. Despite being a better person now than before, if there's knowledge to be gained, she'll kill anyone and do anything to gain it like an addict craving their next fix.

Alberto the Penitent
Imperial, Stamina Templar, Sword and Shield, Archer
A loyal Imperial soldier, Alberto wanders the lands of the world to do good and grow as a Templar. Whenever Cyrodiil is in need, he comes running to help out and is mostly found in his home region, but will leave it to face dangers that threaten it outside of its borders.

Morrowind
*will fill out when I actually finish the game
Albert
Imperial, Paladin, Blunt Weapon, Block, Restoration

Orca
Orc, Mage

Lilith
Dark Elf, Thief

Sarai the Eternal
High Elf, Mage, Vampire

Oblivion

Albert
Imperial, Paladin, Mace and Shield, Restoration
An imperial guard who was put in jail thanks to the shenanigans of the thieves' guild now has a second chance at freedom and uses it to fulfill the emperor's last wish, helps in the crusade of the Knights of the Nine, and even involves himself with the Fighters Guild, Arena, and improves his skills as a battlemage at the Mages Guild all while helping people along the way to help the nation he loves and serves.

Emmanuel
Breton, Two-Handed, Spellblade
He escaped the politics of High Rock to serve the Divines better as a traveling knight, going wherever he felt he was being guided to. During an assassination attempt by the Dark Brotherhood, he kills the assassins but lands himself in prison since the assassins were dressed in civilian disguises and the guards were the ones who wanted the particular target dead. Despite being put in prison for a virtuous act, this act was nothing more than an act of divine intervention to put Emmanuel near the emperor and put him on a path to save the world. In addition to this, Emmanuel becomes a Knight of the Nine, an honored member of the Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and the Divine Avenger of the Arena.

Sarai the Eternal
High Elf, Vampire, Mage
A veteran, eternal member of the Dominion, Sarai gets her Imperial contacts to take her to the region of Cyrodiil under the guise of a prisoner to avoid suspicion and the notice of the Mythic Dawn who the high elves wish to put an end to before they can open the gates of Oblivion. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen, but the blame is placed upon the Imperials rather than Sarai, and all credit for ending the crisis is given to Sarai rather than those who helped her. While in Cyrodiil, she aids in minor conflicts that interest her and involves herself in the Mages Guild to further her own already overwhelming magical power.

Priscilla
Nord, Vampire, Two-Handed Weapons, Stealth Archer
A Nord who dreams of being like the heroes of old, she travels the lands to gain the strength to do so, however, a bar fight where she is insulted by fellow Nords for admitting that she used stealth in some of her hunts ends her up in jail for beating the men to death. Still, she doesn't stay in jail for long due to the emperor's assassination and simply resumes her journey as if nothing happened. She gains glory in the Arena only to come out hungrier for more. As if answering this need, the Dark Brotherhood gives her the chance to join their ranks which she accepts to hunt greater prey and become famous or rather infamous faster. By the end of her time with them, she realizes that her vampirism is more of a curse than a blessing and that she lost out on gaining true glory since she doesn't help in the Oblivion crisis or through other avenues since she gets kicked out of Fighters and Thieves guild because of her bloodlust.

Grimgothica
Orc, Mage, Hand-to-Hand
Inspired by legends of great orc mages and the royal princess of a secluded manor of orcs, the dress loving, Grimgothica gets her father's permission to go to Cyrodiil to learn from the Mages Guild, however, her inner virtue flares up her anger and she defends an innocent person in the streets and puts her in jail due to her appearing to be the aggressor. She manages to escape during the assassination of the emperor and moves on to first involve herself with the Arena to gain fame and reputation to fill out her resume for the Mages Guild, which unfortunately does nothing for her besides give her training. Regardless, she eventually joins the Mages Guild and becomes the Archmage, fulfilling her dreams and making her family proud.

Delilah
Dark Elf, Thief, Archer, One-handed swords
Not wanting to involve herself in the drama of the houses of Morrowind, Delilah abandons her house in favor of creating a house of her own in a foreign country, however, she slips up while stealing from a corrupt politician and lands herself in jail. During the assassination attempt of the emperor, she tried to defend him, but couldn't, and yet, she walks free thanks to his blessing at his death. Once she hears about the Grey Fox and Thieves' Guild, she gets in contact with them, does their jobs, and becomes its leader and Grey Fox thereby creating her own house and pseudo-family.

Bathsheba
Wood Elf, Not-Stealthy Assassin, Unarmed, Archer
An aloof wood elf, with a desire for fame and the hunt, Bathsheba wanders the lands in search of coin and adventure. During an assassination contract where her influential contractor tricked her into killing her competition, Bathsheba was caught in the act and referred to her contract as coming from a legitimate authority, which landed her contractor in jail as well. Lucky for her, the assassination of the emperor allows her to slip out during the chaos. Since she is near the Arena, she has fun there and is then contacted by the Dark Brotherhood whom she views as nothing more than a mercenary group. She becomes known as the short-stack assassin who has the reputation of simply running up to her targets and punching them to death along with everyone who gets in her way. By the end, she realizes how evil the Dark Brotherhood is and redeems herself by working for the Thieves' Guild instead, whom she creates problems for as well due to her non-stealthy and lethal methods.

Fist of Justice
Khajiit, Monk, Unarmed, Restoration
An unknown monk, whose real name is not known by anyone, the Fist of Justice wanders the lands beating villains and monsters to death wherever he goes. His personal crusade doesn't care for the laws of any land, and as a result, he is put in jail as he is seen as nothing more than a deranged cat monk. Divine Providence smiles at him as the assassination of the emperor gives him a way out of jail. From there he joins the Arena to fight the vain criminals and glory hounds, helps the Fighters Guild and Mages Guild, and aids in the Oblivion Crisis and Knights of the Nine before leaving Cyrodiil to wherever he feels his fists are called to next.

Desire the Coveter
Argonian, Conjured weapons only, Mage, Stealth
A femme fatal that some called the Lusty Argonian Mage, Desire gave the appearance of a simple, flirtatious Argonian while also having a bite to her thanks to her ability to conjure weapons and summons at a moment's notice to get what she wants at a moment's notice, however, her tricks get the wrong people mad who framed her for a crime and landed her in jail. Thanks to her charms and skills, she is able to escape prison and resume her quest for her wants, but does so with extra caution this time. First, she aids the Mages Guild to gain status while helping out here and there in one-off quests and jobs. Afterward, she would put her magical skills to the test to help with the thieves guild whom she viewed as charming rouges and her most valuable ally in dispelling any flaws in her reputation and her way to obtaining treasures and jewelry she couldn't get legitimately.

Skyrim

Albert
Imperial, Paladin, Stealth Archer
A nationalistic guard who comes from a family who served Cyrodiil as guards, politicians, businessmen, and soldiers. He travels on his own to Skyrim to put Ulfric to the sword himself, but he is arrested for abandoning his duty and is wheeled off for execution by corrupt Thalmor and Imperial agents who don't care for his dedication to his people. He escapes during a dragon attack and joins the Imperial Legion despite what they did to him and finally kills Ulfric. Once the war is finished, he marries Uthgerd the Unbroken, a Nord he fights alongside and someone he recruits to the Blades to give her a new purpose in life besides being a fighter, and now, a mother of two children. His call to duty then pushes him to help end the dragon threat, vampire menace, aid the Companions, and defeat Miraak, and help in other Imperial matters and smaller conflicts along the way.

Emmanuel
Breton, a Paladin without a shield, Restoration spells
Emmanuel is a traveling knight who is inspired by the ways of the Knights of the Nine and claims to have been trained by a hidden sect of their order. He goes to Skyrim to reinstate the worship of Talos and is caught along with Ulfric by the Imperials. On the executioner's block, he is saved by Divine Intervention and is able to escape. He then aids the Stormcloaks retake Skyrim, helps stop the dragon threat to the land, aids the College of Winterhold and Companions, and takes place in the Dawnguard's crusade against the vampires. Afterward, he defeats Miraak and settles down with Anwen, a priestess of Diabella he met on his journey, and has children with her. Even in his retirement, he continues to go out and help the people of Skyrim in service of the Divine.

Sarah the Eternal
High Elf, Necromage Vampire, Mage, Necromancer
A centuries-long-standing and secret member of the Dominion, Sarah travels to Skyrim to do her duties as always. It's been ages since she was last here, which was when she helped clan Ravenwatch destroy the threat posed by the Greymoor clan. Now, she pretends to be a criminal who just happened to get caught on the border of Skyrim, so she can oversee the execution of Ulfric and then eliminate General Tullius, however, a dragon attack ruins it all, forcing her to take down both sides some other way. Her journies through Skyrim to accomplish her mission do much to change her such as her time with the Companions, College of Winterhold where she meets Onmund, who she marries and has children with, and Serana, who she becomes quick friends with. After taking control of clan Volkihar, she finds a new purpose in life and somewhat rediscovers her conscience.
Turning on the Dominion and siding with her Psijic Order, she helps Skyrim gain its independence, saves it from the dragon threat, and puts an end to Miraak before his ambitions come to fruition. At the end of her journey, she now watches Skyrim with her new clan and family from the dark, waiting for the next challenge to appear while also hunting minor prey in the meantime such as the Dark Brotherhood and keeping down the thieves guild.

Grimgothica
Orc, Mage, Conjured Weapons and Summons
Inspired by the news that an orc became Archmage in Cyrodiil, Grimgothica escaped her stronghold to become a great mage in Skyrim. A mixup while traveling lands her on the wrong side of the executioner's block, but a dragon attack frees her from her situation, allowing her to freely resume her journey. With her summons, conjured swords, and great axe, she impresses the College of Winterhold with her abilities, saves it from the calamity affecting it, and becomes the Archmage. She aids the Imperials in restoring peace to Skyrim, brings down the vampire menace, and marries Marcurio, a mage and mercenary she hired to help her whom she eventually falls in love and has children with.

Leah
Dark Elf, Stealth Mage/Conjured Weapons
Daughter of Deliah, the head of the Cyrodiil thieves' guild, Leah travels to Skyrim to aid the thieves' guild there to become more like the one her mother controls. On her way there, she is ambushed by bounty hunters who turn her into the nearest Imperial authorities for their reward who just so happened to be the ones bringing Ulfric Stormcloak to his execution. After a dragon attack that gives her the opportunity to escape, she goes to Riften, helps the thieves' guild reestablish itself as a force in Skyrim, and then helps the Stormcloak rebellion, since she is Ulfric's biggest fan. She settles down and marries a beggar named Angrenor Once-Honored since he was a reliable informant of the thieves' guild and a former Stormcloak soldier, has two kids with him, and helps out around Windhelm. Finally, she feels the call to adventure again to stop the vampire threat by aiding the Dawnguard and now casually aids the people of Skyrim while spending time with her new family.

Priscilla
Nord, Stealth Archer, Two-Handed, Werewolf then Vampire then Human
After centuries of fruitless fighting and killing, Priscilla abandons the Dark Brotherhood and her vampiric powers in favor of serving alongside Ulfric in the war against the elves. She finds true fulfillment and honor in this, but at the same time, still gets dreams by the Night Mother who tempts her with a future contract on the emperor's head. Bringing this matter to Ulfric in private, he waves it away as nothing more than a dream and wouldn't want to associate with the Dark Brotherhood and kill the emperor in such a way. Priscilla holds this against him, and when she, Ulfric, and the other Stormcloaks are captured, she goes her own way to help Skyrim in the way she sees fit, rejoins the Dark Brotherhood, and kills the emperor. News of this doesn't please Ulfric, so he sends Priscilla to learn the true meaning of honor from the Companions. After learning and dealing with their werewolf curse, Priscilla holds this curse she now deals against Ulfric and the Companions. Filled with spite, she aids the Imperials against their Ulfric and kills him.
Her bloodlust is not satiated yet as she obtains the Ebony Blade, one of many daedric artifacts she collects, and uses the lives of the Companions to fuel its power. She also obtains the Skeleton Key and has no intention of returning it to Nocturnal and aids the Forsworn rebels in their breaking out of Cidhna Mine. While in Markarth, she drinks her sorrows away and ends up falling in love with a fellow drunk named Cosnach who she now has a family with. Afterward, she tries to do some good in the world by aiding the Dawnguard, but can't help but fall into the temptation of power again and becomes a vampire once more. Even though she ended Harkon's threat to the world, she doesn't feel any better or fulfilled and so finally embraces her role as Dragonborn, kills Aludin, and cures herself of vampirism, so she can see Sovngarde after death. Finally, she defeats Miraak and then settles down in seclusion with her family and is at peace after so many years of fighting.

Illustrious the Desired
Argonian, Assassin, Daggers, Stealth Archer
Sometimes known as the real Lusty Argonian for her seductive personality, Illustrious is Ulfric's secret wife and assassin. Due to her association with him, she is almost executed when they are caught, however, a fateful dragon attack allows her to escape. Seeing that Ulfric is weak and almost killed, she decides to change sides to spite him and helps the Imperials regain Skyrim only to spite them as well by joining the Dark Brotherhood and killing the emperor. In addition, she becomes the head of the thieves guild and collects many of the daedric artifacts. She is not without any redeeming qualities as she helps the Dawnguard and marries an orc named Ghorbash the Iron Hand and has a family with him.

Matias
Wood Elf, Two-Handed, Restoration spells
The child of a Breton man and a Wood Elf woman, Matias was mocked by his brethren for appearing to be a human with elf qualities about him. He wasn't good at being a stealthy hunter like many other wood elves, but he was more virtuous and dedicated to his faith. Thus, he became a paladin able to use restoration spells and proficiently use two-handed hammers and swords. After hearing the news of Ulfric's war, he journies to Skyrim thinking that he's the problem only to be convinced by Ulfric'c conviction of faith and join his side. He narrowly avoids execution thanks to a dragon attack and properly joins up with Ulfric to retake Skyrim and reinstate the worship of Talos. While aiding the holds, he comes across Mjoll the Huntress with whom he falls in love and has children. Afterward, he helps end the threats of dragons, vampires, and the first dragonborn.

Marcelo of the Godhand
Khajiit, Unarmed, Restoration Spells, Destruction Spells
Much like his father before him, Marcelo wanders the lands led by Divine Providence to snuff out evil wherever it may be and make his home in the affected area to defend it. He unknowingly comes across Ulfric who is being attacked by Imperials and comes to the rescue, however, he is beaten by a large number of guards and soldiers and carted off for execution. The Divine Intervention by Akatosh smiles at him as a dragon attack gives him the chance to escape and then properly serve under Ulfric and retake Skyrim for the Nords. While in Windhelm, he helps a woman by the name of Viola Giordano who takes an interest in him since she is a cat lady, and the two marry and adopt children. Not everything is on an upward trend as a dragon attack almost claims the life of his family and since Marcelo primarily fights with his fists, there wasn't much he could do besides punch the dragon once the guards and his friends from the Companions (that he is the leader of) brought the beast down with arrows.
Going to the College of Winterhold, he learns destruction spells, helps them in their plight, and becomes lifelong friends with J'zargo, another Khajiit. Now with better weapons to fight the dragon threat with, he kills Aludin and then goes the extra mile by defeating the vampire threat and then Miraak, so that the land of Skyrim and him will know peace, at least for now and while he lives.
