The range of my tastes is strange. For example, my two favorite sci-fi series are Dead space and Space channel 5. One is a gory survival game while the other is a dancing game with two Michael Jackson cameos. The trend applies to my books as well with a lot of mature stories with a few stories out for all audiences. Even though I love my more mature stories, I do like a light-hearted one every now and then. It helps me appreciate the good in life while reminding me of the ugly. This also applies to my taste in music. Sometimes I like metal music like Demon Hunter (which just came out with two new albums) and sometimes I want to listen to something softer like Daughtry.
